Tang Ying completed her Master of Counselling in Monash University (Australia) and Master of International Business from Nottingham University in UK.

Tang Ying previously counselled at Yale-NUS College. She started her career as a business consultant and has years of volunteer experiences for helping expatriate families in international school community. Her experiences have increased her ability to understand and collaborate with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds and embedded her with the value of seeing challenges together with opportunities.

In her practice, she employs a range of therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

Tang Ying is fluent in Mandarin and English and can provide therapy in these languages. She strives to offer clients a safe and non-judgmental space to freely express and explore the best of themselves. In her personal time, she enjoys doing Zumba and jogging in nature.

I enjoy various delicacies! Eating, but NOT cooking!

I like travelling with family and friends, being alone is not my vibe. Although I met my husband on my first alone cross-continental trip.

I’m a professional SCUBA diver’s ASSISTANT, while my husband and two kids are all certified, except me!
