Clinical Psychologist
Annette is a clinical psychologist who works primarily with adults, and also supports children and their parents. Her primary clinical interests include anxiety, mood difficulties, trauma, and major life transitions.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. She integrates structured, skills-based methods with emotion-focused and schema-informed perspectives to help clients understand long-standing patterns and support parts of themselves that feel stuck. She also works with children and their parents on emotional and behavioural challenges, drawing on her years of experience in developmental settings. Her practice is further informed by training in perinatal mental health with Postpartum Support International.
Annette completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Singapore and has been in clinical practice for over a decade. She is a member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and is registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists. Alongside her clinical work, she is an approved supervisor with SPS and serves as an adjunct supervisor in a local clinical psychology training programme.
