3 fun facts about

Jamie Ong

1.

I got into fitness in my late 30s and attend BFT classes almost daily.

2.

My favorite tv show is Friends, I can watch it on repeat and laugh at the same jokes.

3.

I am a proud mummy to an 8-year-old (as of 2024) boy. Fun fact: he was nameless for the first 2 weeks of his life because we realised when we saw him for the first time that the name we had thought for him didn’t suit.
