Provisional Counsellor
Aurora is a dedicated counsellor-in-training who believes in the transformative power of empathy, emotional attunement, and authentic connection. Rooted in a genuine desire to support individuals through life’s challenges and transitions, she creates a safe and collaborative space for clients to explore their inner world, clarify their values, and reconnect with their true selves.
She holds a Graduate Certificate in Counselling and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselling with an Australian university. Alongside her counselling journey, Aurora is a certified life and love coach who integrates insight, empathy, and a gentle focus on personal growth into her work. Her decade of experience in engineering and program leadership within the semiconductor industry has strengthened her ability to listen deeply and navigate complexity.
Aurora’s practice is grounded in respect, compassion, and a non-judgmental, person-centred approach, helping individuals cultivate clarity, resilience, and self-acceptance. She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in her work to support each client’s unique needs.
Aurora is a lifelong learner committed to reflective practice. She is passionate about helping people create lives that are authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
