Anastasia Konise

Provisional Counsellor

Ana is a counsellor in training who brings warmth, empathy, and a wealth of real-world experience into her practice. With over two decades in people-focused roles, Ana has spent much of her career walking alongside individuals as they navigated change, growth, and challenging transitions. Ana’s professional journey spans international healthcare and global talent management, giving her the privilege of working with people from diverse cultures and life stages – an experience that has deepened her understanding of the many ways life shapes us.

Currently completing a Master’s in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, Ana builds on her academic foundation in psychological sciences (UK), business management (UK), and data science with artificial intelligence (Singapore). This combination of studies allows her to blend evidence-based therapeutic approaches with an open, practical perspective that clients often find grounding and relatable.

Beyond her professional and academic path, Ana is passionate about lifelong learning, fitness, and exploring different cultures. Originally from New Zealand, Ana brings a culturally sensitive lens to her counselling practice, recognising the subtle nuances that influence each individual’s story. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: that connection, curiosity, and compassion create the space for healing and growth.
