Clinical Psychologist
Annette completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology in Singapore and has been in practice for more than a decade. She is a member of the Singapore Psychological Society and is registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists.
She works with adults and children from diverse backgrounds with various mental health conditions and life challenges. She has experience in both private and public health settings, including KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital where she previously worked with children and their families on a range of developmental, behavioural and emotional difficulties.
She uses a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI),and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
Annette strongly believes in the therapeutic benefits of being in nature. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and dabbling in gardening and floral arrangement.

I seldom cook but have quite a bit of cooking luck as I can often make decent dishes on my first try.

If I weren’t doing this, I will most likely be a floral designer who tries to grow some flowers locally.

I love hiking in the mountains so much that I plan most of my holidays around it.
