Provisional Counsellor
In her practice, Anthea employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based approaches. She has completed the CBT Essentials training from Beck Institute, and is certified in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1).
Anthea also draws on her experience in career coaching and high-stress roles in the technology and media sector, which allows her to approach clients with focus, empathy, and respect for people of all backgrounds and cultures.
Anthea believes in the courage of introspection and change when navigating life’s complexities. Her aim is to help clients gain practical insight and build skills, enabling them to move toward a life aligned with their values.
Always eager to learn and understand, she looks forward to embarking on a collaborative journey with clients.
Anthea is able to converse in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
