Counsellor
Clarice completed her Master of Counselling in Singapore and is a member of the Singapore Association for Counselling.
She previously counselled in Yale-NUS College and served as a youth worker in schools before then. She has 8 years of experience working with youth and young adults through coaching and mentoring.
In her practice, she is guided by the principle that self-knowing and self-compassion is key to creating desired shifts in our lives. She does this by holding an open and compassionate space for clients to explore their inner world. She employs modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She also welcomes the involvement of spirituality in therapy for clients who have such inclinations.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys staying active through yoga and dance.
