Clinical Psychologist
Claudia is a Principal Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through complex emotional, relational, and life challenges. Claudia completed her Master’s in Clinical Psychology in Australia and has worked extensively across both public and private clinical settings. She is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
Claudia is known for her warm, grounded, and deeply attuned approach, creating therapeutic relationships where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to engage in meaningful change. Her clinical expertise spans a broad range of presentations, with particular depth in depression and mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and attachment-related difficulties, personality disorders, eating and body image concerns, and adjustment to major life transitions.
Her work is collaborative, client-centred, and carefully tailored to each individual’s goals, values, and lived experience. Claudia integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, with a strong emphasis on helping clients understand long-standing patterns that shape their emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
