Counsellor
Diana completed her Master’s Degree in Counselling in Singapore and she is also a certified Solution Focused Life Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Diana has chosen Singapore to be her permanent home 14 years ago and has since become immersed in the local community and culture. She serves as a volunteer in community projects where she gets the opportunity to collaborate closely with the diverse population that makes up Singapore’s dynamic social landscape.
With experience spanning children, teens, young adults and adults, Diana enjoys seeing clients of diverse ages and clinical presentations. She is particularly passionate about supporting young individuals through their academic years and as they step into the working landscape, and has had counselling roles within university settings at NTU and NUS. In addition, many of her clients are working professionals of all ages dealing with stress, burnout, relationship issues, transitions, grief, anxiety or depression. She also works with clients affected by trauma in its various forms.
Diana’s therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, curious, collaborative and centred around building trust and safety. She employs therapeutic modalities from a range of evidence-based therapies such as Internal Family Systems, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. When working with anxiety, dissociation and trauma, Diana brings body-oriented modalities from somatic therapy.
