Provisional Counsellor
Elena is currently pursuing her Masters of Counselling degree with an Australian University.
Elena operates on a foundational truth: “Where your mind goes, energy flows.” She views mental health as an intrinsically interwoven mind-body experience, where our internal state directly dictates how we think, communicate, and show up in the world.
With a background in corporate partnerships and public service account management, Elena understands the complex dynamics, high-stakes communication, and subtle burnouts common to modern working adults. Complementing this corporate insight, she is a certified prenatal and postpartum yoga instructor and mother to a toddler boy. Her personal and professional journey fuels a deep passion for maternal well-being, anchored in the belief that a strong social fabric begins with supported parents.
Elena’s primary areas of interest include perinatal mental health, life transitions in working adults, and relationship issues within couples. Adopting a person-centered approach, she creates a grounded, empathetic space to help you cultivate self-acceptance, restore balance, and navigate life’s evolving seasons with clarity and confidence.
