Counsellor
Jennifer became a Clinical Member and Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling after completing her Master of Counselling in Australia. She was called to the bar in Singapore and later worked as a financial consultant and trainer with management teams of MNCs in ASEAN, Japan, US and UK for over two decades.
Jennifer employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for individual counselling.
When working with couples, she uses IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out), a relationship therapy using IFS and the intimate relationship itself as a vehicle for growth and healing of both the individuals and the dyadic relationship.
In therapy, Jennifer gently invites clients into real conversations to establish a firm therapeutic relationship. This then becomes a foundation for self-awareness and healing to flow, eventually rebuilding healthy identities of Self and others.
