Counsellor
Jennifer completed her Master of Counselling in Australia. She is a Clinical Member and Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling. She is also listed with the Singapore Register of Counsellors.
She has counselled in Yale-NUS College and community-based settings. She began her career as a lawyer and then worked as a management consultant and trainer in ASEAN, Japan, the US and the UK for over two decades.
Jennifer employs modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. She specialises in Psychodynamic Therapy and also utilises the Internal Family Systems Model in her work.
She focuses on building a safe space for authentic relationships and real conversation, supporting individuals as they rebuild or establish healthy identities.
