Clinical Psychologist
Lysia completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology in the US and is a member of the Singapore Psychological Society. She is also a Registered Psychologist under Singapore Register of Psychologists.
She previously worked across various hospitals, helping clients manage anxiety, depression, OCD and trauma-related issues. Lysia also conducts neuropsychological assessments for adults and older adults. As she strongly believes in holistic growth, she also engages those who are facing adjustment and transitional challenges, as well as those who want to build resilience and enhance their emotional well-being. She has also been working with early to mid-stage startup founders who face challenges in their entrepreneurial journey.
In her practice, Lysia employs a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
She also continuously seeks out opportunities for learning as she believes in continuously acquiring knowledge, skills, and abilities to be an effective therapist.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

I try to keep fit regularly and my favorite exercise is to run, while I tend to struggle the most with yoga!
