Counsellor
Nandita completed her Masters in Counselling & Guidance in Singapore and her Master of Business Administration in India.
As a career consultant more than a decade, Nandita worked closely with professionals within the Banking & Financial Services industry, helping them to evaluate career progression choices, calibrate realistic expectations and develop important perspectives to relabance their work-life-priorities.
In her practice, Nandita employs an integrative approach, making use of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and through the lens of Positive Psychology. Through her lived experience in India, Dubai, Vietnam and Singapore, Nandita also brings an open-minded and multi-cultural perspective to her sessions.
She strives to provide a confidential and collaborative space with her clients and helps them to identify challenges, improve their self-reflection and accept the changes that are needed to achieve improved outcomes. She tailors her approach to individual emotions and experiences, focusing on her clients’ purpose, beliefs and motivations.
In her free time, Nandita loves to read, travel and is an avid sport spectator (tennis and cricket).
