Counsellor
Stephanie completed her Master of Counselling Psychology in Canada and is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society. She is also a member in good standing with the Canadian Psychological Association.
She has worked in educational and developmental settings in Canada, the UK, the Middle East and Singapore since 2006. She has experience working with individuals with special needs including Applied Behavioural Analysis for individuals with autism.
Stephanie employs a myriad of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. She also enjoys working with couples and is certified in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and 2.
Stephanie is fluent in English and Korean. She enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures, especially trying new cuisines from different countries. She keeps fit by practicing yoga.
