Here at Mind what Matters, we journey with individuals through the ups and downs, normalising mental health as an everyday conversation.

Started as a one-person practice on top of a hill at Phoenix Park.

Born out of a desire to make psychological services more widely available and mental health conversations more prevalent. Back then, not many would consider psychological help, and may only seek it when experiencing a crisis. We aimed to change that narrative. We believe everyone can benefit from therapy.

We have learnt that offering a safe and open space invites change.

We wish to work and live in a welcoming and accepting environment, and our words and work are guided by this purpose. Despite having expanded significantly since, our dedication has remained the same. This “why” has not changed for the past decade and we have shared and held many emotions within our walls.
