It’s only been my second session with Clarice but I’m already feeling so happy and grateful to what we have uncovered about myself. I used to have bad experiences with therapy and it took me alot of courage to try it again and I’m so thankful I did with Mind What Matters. In fact, I’m looking forward to more sessions here.

In the two sessions, Clarice never once make feel like I was a patient that needed to be treated, she made me feel like she’s just a guide to help me understand my feelings and thoughts with more clarity.

Not everyone needs to be treated, but we all need a good guide in our life. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone having a little struggle! 😁

Enjoyed the session with Diana, left equipped with some skills and techniques to help process what I needed to, and a better understanding of what I could expect in my recovery process. Thank you Diana!

i was very nervous about seeing a psychologist at first, but joel has made me feel safe and comfortable from the start! he never downplays my emotions, and i always feel understood and validated when talking to him. he also remembers everything i tell him and you can tell that he genuinely cares about you! going for therapy has been a huge help to me and i couldn’t recommend joel enough 🙂
